Joshua Tree Consulting provides management and strategy advice to the commercial property owners in general, and the multifamily industry in particular.

Joshua Tree:

• Provides strategic guidance to commercial real estate firms transitioning to leadership from outside the real estate industry;
• Helps management teams determine their strategic advantage in their marketplace;
• Advises firms on revenue-generating marketing strategies and planning; and
• Exclusively represents multifamily owners in maximizing the value of their telecommunications property rights - in conjunction with our affiliate RealtyCom Partners.

Steve Lefkovits, President and CEO, Joshua Tree Consulting

Steve Lefkovits is President and CEO of Joshua Tree, which he founded in 2001.  Before that, he served as Senior Vice President of BRE Properties, Inc. and Vice President of the National Multi Housing Council.  Steve started in multifamily as a Vice President of the New York State Housing Finance Agency, and was briefly an associate at Prudential Securities in New York.

Prior to real estate, Steve was a staff photographer at the national newspaper USA Today, and a photo intern at the New York Times.

Steve is a graduate of the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University (MPA 1994) and Yale University (BA Economics 1988).
